- Level 1-includes some full-fat dairy and gluten-free grains
- Level 2- full fat dairy only
- Level 3-no grains or dairy
Each of the 3 levels comes equipped with a yes/no food list to make this program super simple. Also available are meal plans and modifications for Pescetarians, athletes, people with autoimmune issues, and pregnant or breast feeding mothers.
